The Office for European Expertise and Communications (referred to hereinafter as ‘The Office’) shall put in place and reinforce the opportunities enabling a public and corporate engagement aimed at potentiating positive changes in their lives and in the lives of the communities and Belarus as a part of Europe.

Our team work to render the civil society progressive, diverse and having its operations informed by the people’s real needs. We value the significance of an active public involvement within the processes, which are meaningful for the people, and of a possible public impact on what is going on in the society.

We respect partnership, experience pooling and expertise, mutual confidence among the people and entities and their cooperation for the benefit of the society at large.

Our key values are human rights, gender equality and environmental friendliness.

These Non-Discrimination Policies shall cover our female and male employees, as well as any of our ad hoc consultants or experts, whether female or male ones.

We affirm herewith that all the persons working for the Office under any permanent or temporary contracts will be informed on these Policies and will sign these, thus guaranteeing compliance with them.

The Office shall prevent any discrimination and show regard for all the people, irrespective of their sex, gender, sexual identity and ethnic, religious or political affiliation, age, disability, etc.

All the people are of an equal value, and their differences or peculiarities must be comprehended and respected.

The Office shall disallow hate speech towards any religious, ethnic, cultural or sub-cultural values, as well as any manifestations of racism, xenophobia, inter-ethnic hostility or intolerance, homophobia, sexism, etc.

We expect everyone working for the Office on a permanent or temporary basis to respect this document and be guided by it in their work. The Office for European Expertise and Communications shall reserve to itself the right to discontinue cooperation, in case these Policies are infringed upon.
